TEMPE COLLISION REPAIR WELCOMES NEW CARSTAR DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Tempe collision repair technicians across our area respect Carstar as a national leader in quality auto body maintenance. Hence, we happily welcome two-decade collision repair leader Darryl Rochefort as the elite brand’s Midwest director of operations.

With experience in the Tempe collision repair industry since 1992, Rochefort will serve as coaching consultant and counsel to Midwest Region franchisees under the direct supervision of Carstar national director of operations Melissa Miller. Carstar selected Rochefort to no small degree due to his background not only in body shop management itself as both a single-shop manager and district manager overseeing 10 locations, but also the insurance industry. He has maintained a stunning 24-year history of CSI scores no lower than 97 percent.

Prior to joining Carstar, he oversaw the 250-percent profitable growth of four Wisconsin shops affiliated with the Russ Darrow Group. That resounding success followed a tenure as district manager overseeing Madison/Milwaukee, Wis. ABRA Auto Body & Glass locations, body shop manager at Walled Lake, Mich.’s Dick Morris Chevrolet, and general manager of Dick Scott Collision and Collex Collision in Fowlerville and Orion Township, Mo. respectively.

Significant insurance industry experience stems from his background as a Citizens Insurance adjuster.

A proud Oconomowoc, Wis. resident, Rochefort holds both I-CAR and ASE B6 certifications.
